The recipe has been carefully formulated to tone down the sweetness, as well as refine the texture to eliminate any grittiness from the icing sugar. Excellent flavor from real butter and cream finish the mix for a delicious icing on the cake.

Swiss Meringue Buttercream

Imagine if you could merge soft butter with a cloud, and you would get Swiss Meringue Buttercream. It’s a decadent, rich frosting that you and your guests won’t be able to get enough of. Sweetness is perfectly balanced against the natural flavor of this all-butter recipe. A light, airy texture gives it a melt in your mouth finish. Traditionally prepared, this recipe is offered as our Premium Frosting.

Fresh Whipped Cream

Sometimes Buttercream just isn’t what you’re after. When you need something particularly light, freshly whipped cream is the refreshing option that might suit you and your guests best. Lightly sweetened, it’s subtle and simple yet lacks nothing for flavor. Please note that real whipped cream is not suitable for elaborate decorations. This option may not be available for all custom cakes.
